Almond Milk Choc-Chip Cookies

Servings: 14 Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup stevia
  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup choc chips

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixture is combined.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes (until golden brown).
